
Caroline Porter – Director / Founder
Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in the field of children, young people and family services as both a practitioner and a leader. Starting her career in the field of criminal justice and victim support before specialising in youth justice and restorative approaches. She successfully led teams within children’s centres and latterly in early help and prevention services. She is a highly skilled trainer and facilitator with a specialism in relationships based practice. She established Foxstones in 2019.
She has a BA in Social Policy and Criminology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management
Caroline is happiest out of doors, in her wellies with her dogs!
Katie Marlow – Associate Trainer
Katie is a qualified mental health social worker with experience across adult and children’s services. Since 2009 she has been a lead trainer for safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid, and since 2020 has been a trainer with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention.


Tracy Hopkins – Associate Trainer
Tracy has over 30 years’ experience as a practitioner and leader in children’s services and early years education.
Starting her career in special education before specialising in early years education and care. She successfully led teams within children’s services. She is a confident, experienced tutor and assessor specialising in family learning and supporting apprenticeships/post 16 learners.
Tracy enjoys travelling, walking and sings in her local community choir!
